Claire is a Senior Yoga teacher certified to the 500HR level by Shiva Rea, and Meditation teacher certified to the advanced level by the Dru International training school in Snowdonia, North Wales. She is extremely grateful to all of her teachers past and present, and is honored to now hold space for others to embark on their own healing and transformative journeys' through yoga and meditation practices.
