Claire is a senior yoga teacher, Personal Trainer and meditation teacher certified to 500HR level by Shiva Rea and the advanced level of meditation by the Dru International training school in Snowdonia, North Wales.  She has taught yoga in the workplace since 2009 and so has a wealth of experience working with individuals and groups to relieve the stresses and strains of modern life.  Her teaching  style is clear and concise cultivating a unique learning experience for each of her students.  She is extremely grateful to all of her teachers past and present and is honoured to hold space for others to embark on their own healing and transformative journeys' through the essential arts of  yoga and meditation.
